This project was developed and implemented to address the increasing problems of war-caused emotional stress and delinquency among adolescents who have been affected by landmines, particularly young women. Interventions were conducted in partnership with volunteers from the District of Jizzine, through psychosocial interventions, basic education, and mentorship. The project was successful in empowering approximately fifteen landmine-victimized adolescent girls in the area of Jizzine through life skills training and on-site job experience, which prepared them to meet future life challenges in a more efficient way.
